Your monthly kit arrives cold

A dry-ice insulated box lands at your door every month — patches sealed in individual foil pouches, your iontophoresis device, and a usage journal. Cold from our facility to your hands.

Product photo — patch + device activation
Apply patch. Activate. 20 minutes.

Peel a patch, place it on your forearm or upper arm, and connect the iontophoresis device. A gentle low-voltage current drives NAD+ molecules through the skin over a 20–30 minute session. That's it.

3

Energy. Clarity. Recovery.

The way regular IV NAD+ clients feel — at home, on your schedule. Designed for daily use or three-times-weekly depending on your tier. Track your results in the included journal.

Why transdermal vs. IV?

The IV-clinic model was built around clinical infrastructure. We built around you.

Iontophoresis: the delivery method that changes everything

We explain what the research actually shows — including where the evidence is strong and where it's still emerging.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. It drives energy metabolism, DNA repair, sirtuin activation, and mitochondrial function. By age 50, most people have lost roughly 50% of their peak NAD+ levels — a decline increasingly understood as a driver, not just a marker, of aging-related fatigue and cognitive decline (Massudi et al., PLoS One 2012; Verdin, Science 2015).

The problem with NAD+ delivery has always been the molecule itself: it's large (~663 Da), charged, and hydrophilic — meaning passive skin absorption is near-zero. That's why IV clinics have dominated. Until now.

Iontophoresis applies a small, gentle DC electrical current (0.1–0.5 mA/cm²) that drives charged molecules across the skin barrier. This is not experimental technology — it's been FDA-cleared for lidocaine delivery (IontoPatch), dexamethasone in physical therapy, and pilocarpine in cystic fibrosis testing for 50+ years. The same physics that drives those molecules now works for NAD+.

Our honest position on the evidence Transdermal NAD+ via iontophoresis is emerging science, not established consensus. The iontophoresis delivery technology is well-validated. The specific application to NAD+ is supported by pilot data and manufacturer studies — not yet by large multi-site RCTs. We're committed to transparency: we partner with leading peptide formulators and clinical advisors, and we're investing in our own third-party pilot study. We will publish results — whatever they show.
Electromigration

Direct electrical force moves NAD+ ions toward the negative electrode, through the skin barrier.

💧
Electroosmosis

Bulk solvent flow induced by the current carries additional molecules across the stratum corneum.

💊
Transient Permeability Enhancement

The current temporarily reorganizes skin lipids, opening a delivery window that closes when current stops.

FAQ

Is this FDA approved?
Iontophoresis devices are FDA Class II medical devices, and the delivery technology has extensive cleared precedents (lidocaine, dexamethasone, pilocarpine). The NadConcierge iontophoresis device is sourced from OEM manufacturers with existing regulatory clearance. NAD+ patches operate as General Wellness products under FDA's low-risk device guidance — they are not drug products and make no drug claims.
Is this a drug?
No. NadConcierge is a wellness product. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before starting any new wellness protocol.
How is shipping handled?
Every order ships in a dry-ice insulated box via FedEx or UPS — temperature-controlled from our fulfillment center to your door. We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes will be added at a later phase. Dry-ice shipments are DOT-compliant (UN1845, Class 9) and properly labeled.
What happens to patches after they arrive?
Store patches in the refrigerator at 4°C (standard fridge temp) for up to 14 days, or freeze at –20°C for up to 60 days. The individual foil pouches are vacuum-sealed to maintain potency. Do not leave patches at room temperature for extended periods — NAD+ degrades. We include a temperature tracker in select shipments to confirm cold-chain integrity.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime, no questions asked. We don't lock you in. Cancel online with one click before your next billing date and no further charges will occur. We'll miss you, but we believe in the product enough that we'd rather you feel free to try it honestly.
When will first shipments go out?
First shipments are planned for Q3 2026, starting with founding waitlist members in the order they joined. We are currently finalizing our manufacturing, cold-chain logistics, and regulatory review. We'll update every waitlist member with milestones before launch day.
Do I need a prescription?
No prescription required. NadConcierge operates as a consumer wellness subscription. The iontophoresis device is a general wellness device. We recommend consulting your physician if you have underlying health conditions, take medications, or are pregnant or nursing.
What does "founder pricing" mean?
Waitlist members who join before launch will have their monthly rate locked at the founding tier price — for the life of their subscription. When we raise prices after launch (which we plan to do), your rate stays the same. This is our way of rewarding early believers. First 500 members only.
